- On site parking at no charge. Two cars or passenger trucks per Villa. Per gated community regulations, no motorcycles (includes 2 and 3 wheelers), boats, trailers, campers, semis, RVs, ATVs, etc. allowed on property. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Day use policy:
- Amenity use at the facilities is limited to guests staying during their scheduled dates of occupancy.
- Deposit required:
- Upon check-in, each reservation will be charged a $250 security/damage deposit. Major credit card required (no AMEX). Separate charges apply for optional use of each and all amenities. Please contact the resort for amenity pricing. No exceptions to optional-use amenity charges, regardless of Vacation Club ownership status level.
- Other notes:
- Petit Crest will email you a Welcome Package two weeks prior to your arrival. If you do not or cannot receive this information please contact the resort at 706.268.3600 to have them fax you this important information. Because the resort is in a rural location, Petit Crest Villas does not have a street address. Online map services and GPS units do not give adequate direction to the resort. The latitude and longitude coordinates of the Big Canoe Main Gate are 34° 26’ 11” N 84° 16’ 43” W.
